At the end of the semester I would go back in that 2 hour line to try and sell them back. After I spent over $800 on my textbooks for the semester I would come back with $100 at the end. Now if that's not a rip-off I don’t know what is.
Well, this time around I will be starting my Masters. I did some research, asked around and I found Skoobit. Heard about it through a friend and decided to give it a try. Didn’t actually know you could rent textbooks now, but it seemed like a good idea. After all she was so excited about it, so it doesn’t hurt to see what the hype was all about. The same day I went online. I checked out the site, found my books in less than 2 minutes and rented them. When I looked at the rental price, I said this must have been an error because these books are worth over $100 each and on Skoobit I could rent them all for a total of $59.99 a month for 4 months. So I actually called customer service just to verify and to my surprise it was correct. I rented all 6 books for the 4 months and I am so excited! I only wished I could have done this years ago when I was doing my undergrad.
Thank you Skoobit! I just wanted to share my experience and I am now ready to let the whole world know that there is only one place to get textbooks now and it’s to just Skoobit!
